Elements Home Design is a home-grown business, providing high quality products that combine sustainability with affordability. Business owners Eduard Andringa and Dan Logan have 30 years of experience between them in the building and designtrades; Eduard as a dealer of arts and antiques and Dan as a journeyman carpenter. The partners’ combined interest in providing greener and more local solutions to Salt Spring’s active housing market resulted in a new business and a new passion.

Working with the motto, “there is no substitute for excellence”, Elements Home Design and its paint branch, Elements WorksPainters, offer a myriad of options in sustainable design. The team is committed to educating the public and contractors on the toxicity of some traditional products, while offering high quality alternatives without a huge price increase.

Whether building a new home or renovating an older one, the Elements team can advise on the best and healthiest products for the Earth, and for its inhabitants.
